What to eat/drink before practice?

Coach Manny suggest that students have a small portion of fresh fruit and water before practice.

What kind of clothing/gear do kids need?

Coach Manny suggests kids wear comfortable clothing to run in (and potentially fall in). All students must wear tennis shoes/sneakers. Turf soccer shoes or soccer cleats are not required but are recommended.

How can kids practice their skills outside of the program?

Coach Manny suggests kids always have a ball at their feet and “dance” with it. YouTube videos on soccer moves (and then practicing them) are also a great way to continue to learn and build skills.

Anything else?

Coach Manny suggests that all kids be good students in school, eat healthy food, exercise every day, get lots of sleep and be kind to family and friends!
